My favorite "Ensemble" Plays

Say Goodnight, Gracie

My first professional directing job.
All the wonderful actors came from my Acting Studio.

The ensemble included:
Chris Fitzgerald, Eileen Balmuth, Cara Biach,
Peter Adams and David Soucy (not shown)

Fifth of July

(If I have to pick a favorite play I've directed, this is it.)

Anthony Gudell, Daryl Cobb,
Ginny McMillin,
Jim Cronin, Alisa Hayes, Winnie Phillips,
Marie Romano and Gerard Scaglione

Brighton Beach Memoirs

What a great cast. Staged in-the-round, in a church basement, it really worked wonderfully.

Tony Gudel, John Roberts, Meryl Nadell,
Neil Friedman, Anna Mastrianni

1940's Radio Hour

(would that the "band" was up to the great acting)

Jean Avery, John Roberts, Neil Friedman, Sean Morgan and Winnie Phillips

"The Actor's Nightmare"

With students in The Acting Studio

The Cocktail Hour

What a JOY!

Bill Toddie, Linda Herman,
Chris Fitzterald and Marcy Repp

on David Munro's elegant set.
