We visited two cities in Vietnam: Nha Trang, a coastal “resort” town and Saigon, a much larger city.
Neither had the affluent feeling of any other country we visited.

 

Each of these lifeboats could seat 150 people.

 

 

This was typical all over Vietnam..

 

The only really communist propaganda we saw.

 

The “hot pot” was a soup you cooked yourself at the table.

 

 

Without the wave it looked like one huge sandy beach.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Motorbike traffic was unbelievable.
